Nestled in the middle of a dense pine forest, halfway up a hill, this 1960s property enjoys a beautiful environment with a splendid view of the Ouveze valley.
Little maintained for several years, my initial input made it possible to select the plants to be preserved and those to be eliminated in accordance with the rules for defending the forest against fire (DFCI), as well as the functionality of the site.
The clients wanted to develop a bed and breakfast business.
My intervention consisted of helping to realise the clients’ professional needs by discussing with them the organization of cars, foot traffic, household logistics and meal services, and the security of the swimming pool area.
